  • How do I work with Southern Title?

    Great choice! During the offer period, be sure to list Southern Title as the preferred title company for your transaction. Once the offer is accepted, be sure to email us to open title. If you have been working with one of our business development ladies, be sure to CC them in the email!

  • How do I pay Earnest Money & Option Fee?

    You can pay your earnest money and option fees via personal check, wire transfer, cashier’s check, Zocom and/or ClosingLock. One of our business development ladies can meet you or your agent to collect this from you, if needed. We know you’re busy.

  • Why should I have title insurance?

    Title insurance is a safeguard against defects in title to real property resulting in a claim against your ownership. Having title Insurance will identify, protect and eradicate risks and losses caused by problems within the chain of title.

  • Can Southern Title also close commercial properties?

    Yes! Southern Title closes land, residential and commercial properties.

  • Is Southern Title investor friendly?
